Our job is to regulate CFD brokers by having full access to their agents' phone records. We aim to make sure the agents are providing the clients with accurate info. We'll not accept any situation where the agents of those brokers which are being regulated by us will not tell the truth. In order to be fully transparent, we publish those phone records transcript online. The agents name is being published while the clients' details remain private. In case you find any misleading/inaccurate info, please contact us and we'll handle each and every case accordingly. Once we'll find an agents who will not collaborate with our policy, he'll get an official warning. Once an agent is getting 3 warnings, the broker should let the agent go. In case the broker will refuse to let go of agents who are not collaborating with our policy, brokers regulator will take them off from our regulated brokers list.
